We produced official merchandise for the special exhibition “Light and Shadow of Joseon: A Special Walk through Geoncheonggung Palace and Hyangwonjeong Pavilion”, organized by the Royal Palaces and Tombs Center, Korea Heritage Service (Gyeongbokgung Management Office).

Geoncheonggung Palace, built in 1873, was the residence of King Gojong and Empress Myeongseong, and is a site that reflects the architectural beauty and decorative language of the late Joseon royal court.

To commemorate the special viewing of the program, we designed a keyring inspired by the calligraphic inscription of Geoncheonggung’s signboard.
